IDAL Conference
The International Decorative Artisans League, or IDAL for short, is an incredible organization for decorative artisans. They provide educational opportunities and connected community support to anyone who has a passion for pursuing the creative arts as a career. I’ve been a member for many years and have often taught at their conferences.
This year is the first that I am teaching two separate courses, both on Wednesday, April 26th. The first course is How to Grow Your Business on Google. We’ll cover:
Getting the most out of your free Google Business Profile, including claiming your profile and connecting with potential local customers
Managing your Business Profile info
Generating more reviews for your business
Strategies to maximize the visibility of your listing
We'll also touch upon other free resources available to small businesses, including Google Analytics for your website.
The second course is How to Manage Your Social Media Effectively. We’ll cover:
How to create a digital library and organize your projects for effective sharing
The three steps to writing compelling copy quickly
How to set up and schedule your posts so that you can concentrate on your projects
Learn the processes and resources available to help you save time, ease frustration, and take firm control of your social media.
